Mo Atzbi
With three decades of experience in the bar and hospitality business, Mo Atzbi brings both skilled craftsmanship and heartfelt community spirit to Hailey’s Harp & Pub. Having risen through the ranks—from line cook to manager and eventually owner—Mo took the reins in September 2019.
Founded in 2009, Hailey’s Harp & Pub has become a beloved gathering place in downtown Metuchen. Under Mo’s leadership, the pub has built on its strong roots in craft beer, memorable food, and warm Irish-pub atmosphere—qualities Mo perfects from his own past in the kitchen and behind the bar.
Mo’s journey is a true neighborhood story: a local who came in ready to work, learn every role in the pub, and earn his way up. Today he’s proud to carry on Hailey’s legacy—delivering great food, great drinks, and a place where everyone knows your name.
